Purpose
This policy outlines the procedure for handling devices that remain uncollected by customers after a period of 30 days. It ensures that all parties are informed about the responsibilities of device retrieval and the consequences of abandonment.
Policy Statement
Customers are required to retrieve their devices within 30 days from the date of notification that the device is ready for pick-up, repair, or service completion. After 30 days, if the device has not been retrieved, it will be considered abandoned and subject to recycling.

Notification
Customers will receive a notification (via email, phone, or text message) when their device is ready for collection. This notice will specify the 30-day retrieval period.

Device Retrieval Period
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of notification to retrieve their device. The device will be stored at our facility for this period, and the customer will not incur additional storage fees during this time.

Abandonment
If the device is not collected within the 30-day period, it will be considered abandoned. After this time, the device will be permanently removed from our inventory and prepared for recycling.

Recycling
Upon reaching the 30-day abandonment period, the device will undergo a recycling process in accordance with our environmental and sustainability standards. This process will include secure data destruction and environmentally responsible disposal of the device.

No Refunds
Devices not retrieved within the specified period will not be eligible for return or refund. Customers will not receive compensation or reimbursement for abandoned devices.

Exceptions
In exceptional cases where there is proof of extenuating circumstances preventing timely retrieval (e.g., illness, emergency, etc.), a request for an extension may be made in writing to customer service. Approval is at the discretion of the management.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they retrieve their device within the provided time frame. Failure to act within the 30-day period will result in the device being recycled.
